Overview
In this unit, we will explore career considerations. Nurses today are required to have a high level of expertise in complex patient care and decision-making; therefore, being knowledgeable in quality, safety, and technology are a must. As a leader-manager, your staff will depend on you to maintain a healthy work environment. This week we will explore areas of threats to safety and how to manage these issues in job satisfaction.
