Some institutions, such as slavery, support a particular system, such as
the plantation economy, while some institutions, such as the Bureau of Indian Affairs, support a particular system, such as the reservation system, or, in another example, the Federal Housing Administration, as an institution, supports a particular system, such as the private real estate market.
