THIS PROBLEM WILL SERVE AS THE FOUNDATION FOR THE WORK YOU WILL DO THIS SEMESTER IN SEARCHING FOR AND APPRAISING EVIDENCE TO ANSWER A PRACTICE PROBLEM. This is the beginning of your Problem Background Paper which will be due at the end of module 3. DELIVERABLES: Problem Rough Draft, think about your practice and identify a problem you think should be solved using the best evidence to guide the solution to Write a rough draft of your thoughts you have identified.
