Stress is a normal part of people’s lives. People use many methods to manage or cope with stress. Some methods promote good physical and mental health outcomes while others do not.
Discuss one ineffective method individuals use to cope/manage stress in their life e.g. alcohol and other drugs, excessive eating etc. and one effective method to cope/manage stress e.g. exercise Cognitive Behaviour Therapy etc. Provide theoretical explanations and research evidence to show their ineffectiveness/effectiveness.
