You will research a topic of interest as it relates to Arizona or the Southwest. A number of possibilities are listed below but you are free to define your own topic. You may work with one other person or alone. You must make a 15 minute powerpoint presentation of the project and write a no more than 20 page paper (double spaced, font 11 or 12). The topic you choose must be acceptable to me and by September 1 you must have submitted a paragraph to me describing your topic. The due date of the paper is the date of your presentation. The order of presentations will be determined by random draw.
